"The wheel of evolution has evoked the concept of lifelong learning that promotes a "cradle to grave" learning made possible by the information technology. Therefore, how to develop the platform of lifelong learning and how to synchronise learning with information technology have become the challenges of contemporary teaching.

Chung Hwa Middle School, BSB, in response to such challenges, has pervasively applied and incorporated information technology into teaching and school management. Aiming to reflect the ever-vibrant school activities through the school website, the school has invested heavily in upgrading its facilities encompassing the upgrading of the school portal, integration of resources and other educational tasks using ICT.

In conjunction with its 87th anniversary, Chung Hwa Middle School, BSB, has found a new niche to provide better learning environment and facilities to our learners via information and communications technology. Development in that respect will always remain as a potential and important domain to facilitate the materialisation of the school aims and ambitions. Since envisioning students with broader horizon via the mastery of information and communications technology is high on agenda, the school will continue to enrich the content of its website, expand and capitalise its current resources in information and communication technology, while keeping the upgrade of the school network a continuous process."
